      Hi George

UTG seems like a nitty guy. The 3bet preflop was for value or as a bluff?
Either way I would go for a call and playing IP even vs such a small open raise.

As played, it seems fine. You may even consider checking on the flop as I doubt this guy calls 3bets light OoP and this flop hits his calling range very hard. The only FE here you have is vs QQ-JJ which is not a big part of his range (I like your smallish cbet though as he will be doing fit or fold most of the time here).

      Best of luck

Preflop: I would call here - He seems tight and I don't think there's too much value in a 3b

Flop: I would check the Flop and call once on the Turn and fold the River. The same amount goes into the pot as compared to betting yourself but the difference is that you allow him to put in money with worse hands. By betting the Flop yourself, you are just folding out smaller pocket pairs and suited connectors.
