Once BU committed half his stack I´d believe that he won´t fold if you put him all-in, so I´d get it all-in. Not sure how would you play if board is A34, would you still like to put opponent all-in. And you´re oop, so BU could check behind and fold to your turn bet on some boards with AK.
      Flop is fine.

he had not comitted ½ stack yet. only 6,5 of 17,2 so I actuallt think he could still fold to an allin. yes I was oop and because he was the agressor PF I often expect a cbet which would give me more value. not sure what i would do with the A on the flop

You can be pretty sure he's not going anywhere when he re-raised you pre-flop.

We'd need some solid data on the villain, but a short stack won't go usually shooting 3-bets around with AK preflop...

I'm not a great fan of 4-betting kings pre-flop.. sometimes yes, but most of the time no. Not just out of fear of aces.. you want to keep those JJ, QQ people in

Just 4bet PF allin vs shortstack, he wont fold if he 3betted to more then 1/3 his stack and a call PF would put you in a difficult spot OOP on a Axx flop.

You also raised UTG, so he won´t try making some isolation re-raise/fold.
Imo he´ll call all-in (almost) always
