Just want a line check for river, including sizing.

My plan here is simply to bet/fold. Is check/call an option?

Villain is 22/15/Agg Freq 29% in 28 hands.

Also, is it a good idea to make all steals 2.5bb in 5NL? Small sample, but been finding more folds to my steals when 3bb so far in 5NL. Speed tables in Mansion Poker are ridiculously nitty so far - typically 11% players per flop in 6-max!

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.05(BB) Replayer
      Hero ($5.51)
      BB ($19.71)
      UTG ($1.50)
      UTG+1 ($6.75)
      CO ($0.49)
      BTN ($6.16)

      Dealt to Hero A:diamond: A:club:

fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.12, BB calls $0.07

      FLOP ($0.24) 2:spade: 2:club: J:club:

Hero bets $0.16, BB calls $0.16

      TURN ($0.56) 2:spade: 2:club: J:club: 6:diamond:

Hero bets $0.39, BB calls $0.39

      RIVER ($1.34) 2:spade: 2:club: J:club: 6:diamond: 4:club:

Hero bets $0.75, BB calls $0.75

      BB shows J:heart: T:heart:
      (Pre 21%, Flop 8.7%, Turn 4.5%)

      Hero shows A:diamond: A:club:
      (Pre 79%, Flop 91.3%, Turn 95.5%)

      Hero wins $2.70

About stealing 2.5bb: I would adjust my size based on the villain. Vs someone nittier then I would steal with a much wider range (and consequently I would use a smaller size for a weaker range). Vs the average player, I would just open my normal 40-50% range and open 3bb.

I think you should definitely 3barrel, and I agree with the half pot on the River. You do block the nut flush from his range with your A. Besides he should be playing something like J8+ vs your steal especially when it's so small. I do think you can bet larger on earlier streets though.
