Hero mucked A K and lost (-$2.03 net)

      Villain is 39/29 over 51 hands, 20.8% 3bet over 24 hands.

Considering this guy has been 3betting pretty actively even over a small sample, I figured a 4bet would be good. When he went for a 5bet though, it felt super strong when he made it this small. I just didn't want to believe him though, because he had been so super active the last 10 or so hands.

Is this a clear fold after he makes such a small 5bet? Should we even be 4betting at all or rather call in position? Should we 4bet bigger/smaller or whatever?

It's an easy 4bet/shove here and I wouldn't be folding here when he 5bets.
At the end of the day this is NL2 and people to occasionally end up 5betting A5o or something just because they want to outplay you.
