Seemed like a pretty standard hand, until the min raise on the river, there wasn't to much he could have that beats me other than a set, or a 2p or something, but I think he would have raised that earlier. I know I am probly beat here since he is so passive, to be honest i bet small because I didn't think he would be calling with anything to big, unless he had a K or something werid. The nit in me wants to fold, but then I can't seem to let the pot go.. I mean 1.67 +60 + 120 +60 = $4.07 so I only need to be right 15% of the time, but to be honest I have a hard time beliving he is going to minraise the river with a bluff or weaker A or a Q or a FD or something. Should I be calling down in spots like these?

Everything until the river is fine.

As played, what hands are we trying to get value from on the river? I mean we do split with any Ax and we do lose to any Kx, so I can't really see why we should bet here.
Having this said, I'd check/fold the river.
