      BTN: 69.87 (69.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K K
Hero raises to 3, 2 folds, BTN calls 3, SB raises to 12, BB folds

      BU 270 hands
      26/16/4.5%, probable fish
      SB 48k hands
      squeeze SB 4.8% (overall 4.4%)

      WTSD 26%
      WWSF 44%

Should I have a 4bet/f range here? I think not. So, should I call this? Disguise my hand and bring the fish in?

Yeah, when squeezer is so tight (prob tighter vs UTG) and there's a fish in the pot I would much rather just call here. If you 4bet you don't get much value since fish prob 3bets most his value hands and SB has a tight range that you don't really crush , nor do you have loads of folding equity to 4bet KK to balance your range imo.
