      Yeah, when squeezer is so tight (prob tighter vs UTG) and there's a fish in the pot I would much rather just call here. If you 4bet you don't get much value since fish prob 3bets most his value hands and SB has a tight range that you don't really crush , nor do you have loads of folding equity to 4bet KK to balance your range imo.
