      I could 3bet still, he is not folding, but if he 4bets, I need to fold :D so probably thats why I did not 3bet and also fish in SB there is.

      I folded on flop because cbet is low and CO open only 16% so looks like value.

      hi.

      Preflop: I agree with the call cos he is tight. I doubt he opens only 16% though, it's probably a sample size issue. His MP open is 24%.

      Flop: I think folding is fine vs someone who only cbets 50% of the time on the Flop but it's close, calling wouldn't be too bad either.
