      MP showed 9 9 and won $5.84 ($3.79 net)
Hero mucked 8 8 and lost (-$2.05 net)

Already on the flop our hand is not the best, especially vs two but I can't fold it immediately.

On T however I couldn't see worse hand betting into two. Definitely players are not betting in this kind of situations with only FD. It seems he wants to protect his overpair...utg might have FD which is dead now but after seeing him call he also must have some PP.

      Is T an easy c/f?

      Hi yaxkukmian

I would even argue for a fold on the flop after MP calls.

If MP is on a FD he has tons of outs and it would be hard to call down several streets + UTG has mre OPs than lower PPs that you beat.

You beat only 33 / 77-55 (24 total). You are behind against AA-99 (36 combos) + add some JJ-99 for MP3 and that's a lot of better hands.

So I would fold a flop here.

      Best of luck!

But EP can have overcards but in general if MP smooth calls he has some PP in most cases.

Problem is that we can't just c/c flop with intention of c/c T. Seeing a free T (and R is too optimistic). However I still think c/c flop is ok here. On the T however we should fold.

In general your arguments for just c/f flop are quite good. After EP cbet and MP call we will face many difficult decisions on the T and R. We're OOP + our hand doesn't seems so good vs their range.

      Tnx.

      Hi Yax,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop:You play versus at least a fish so I would look at donking the flop for value/protection and hope to iso the fish.

As played I think that our hand is rarely the best so we can fold the turn.
