      Hi,

      Imo you can´t c/f river. KQ/JTs is his raise/calling range. But he can always have there KJ/KTs or maybe 76s+ sometimes JJ/TT, 9x
      I think both c/c or shove are fine options. If player likes to float then I prefer checking more than shoving (I doubt that T9s would call you down) and if he should have somehow AJ/AT then I think he would very often shove himself if you check to him.
      Also you may save some money against JTs and KQ
