I think preflop and the flop are standart.

On the turn, i decided to bet for value. I made a smaller bet, to get called by some middle pairs, but i`m not sure if 7x-TT will call any bet? Here sizing?

On the river? I`m not sure how much to bet and even if i can bet for value?

The Turn bet is too thin here. On the Flop, BU is very unlikely to have a mid pair after calling vs one better and one other caller. You only beat QTs here, while losing to QJ and AQ and sets. The Turn is a check/fold.

If the turn gets checked through then I'll bet River.

Here the Queen changes nothing. It's less likely now that villain has a Queen himself, but that makes it likelier for him to have a full house with stuff like 44/77
