Moneybookers closing my account (investigation pending)

      I just saw that in this forum is a representative of MB, so I hope I can get an answer from him.

      Two-Three days after receiving a transfer, MB asked me for some documents, as well as restricting my transfers until I send those documents. After I send them, I receive another email, telling me that my account will remain close, and that an audit will take place. They only tell me to visit Section 17 of the Terms and Conditions.

      This happened last week, and now MB doesn't even answer my emails. WTF??
      Sara (from Spanish community), has communicated with them, and they have not answered her either.

      I never have had any kind of problems, nor with any site or neteller. Something seems really fishy about all this. Be careful. I hope MB representative can help me in some way...
