uninstalling PostgreSQL for vista

      i have the same problem and i'm looking for a solution as well..

      but i definitely need some help, it has been more or less ten days without ideas..

      I don't know if this is the case but when I was messing around with postgeSQL and trying to make it work I found out that when you uninstall it it doesn't automatically remove all the files. It keeps some in the directory and you need to remove them manually in order to be able to install postgreSQL again.
      BTW I'm using Vista, too, and postgeSQL runs just fine. So I'm sure it is possible to solve the problem you're having whatever it might be...
