      Yeah, I would in most cases(if I don't have some special read on him) cbet this flop to represent that I raised preflop with an ace. The villain can call preflop in position with any PP, SC, Suited ace/king or worse hands than that. If the villain don't hold an ace or better(set, 2pair, JT) here he will be very scared of this board and your cbet.

      It is fullring hand and you're playing against nit (14/7), so probably BU has here a lot low pp. So by making c-bet you should take it down a lot of times and don´t give BU free cards to beat your hand.
      Also I think that BU might fold QJ, so if you bet there is good chance that Kx or Qx hands would fold.

      I would not relly on statistics of BU (only 29 hands). But I understand that in any case hero should cbet (if he has no reads) on such flop in he plays FR, should not he?

      Yes, hero should c-bet here for fold equity and for value.
