      How should I act in such situation:

      Nice to see you posting so many hands.

      Here I bet pot on the flop, which would be $0.3, bet on the turn is fine. Let's take a closer look at what happend on the turn:

      After your bet and a raise you had no fold equity - if you pushed, he's surely going to call it. So we can assume the pot containing already the money he's going to call, hence the pot is $3. You have to call $1.1 here. You get pot odds of 1:2.7, so you need about 27% equity here.

      Now the hardest part: what hands can call the flop and minraise on the turn without being a complete monkey? I mean, the trips are obvoius, you have at most 5% equity against them. Also a made straight leaves you with rather slim chances (9% equity). Any other holding can make such a play?

      He has to bluff you in more than 20% of the cases to make this move profitable (or be a complete idiot). If you have no reads about this guy, fold here. Nobody's trying to bluff a shortstack after his bet on the flop and bet on the turn... i guess :) .
