      Hero bets $2,00, MP3 raises to $11,03 (All-In), Hero calls $9,03.

Was it easy call on the river?

Was hero's line good? Hero did not believe that villain had a flush draw on the turn. What should hero do on river if a spade hit?

Not very reliable stats here with only 27 hands, however it gives a hint that he seems to like to see many flops. In a limped pot like this it could be possible for him to have T8 or J9, which are the only scary combos I see. He would probably play this line with a smaller set as well and maybe overpairs since you are showing weakness on the turn. There is also a good chance for a pure bluff here and since he is less than 50bb I'd call the river here.

However what were you trying to do with that turn check? Induce him to bluff on the end? Or a C/R on the turn?

I think I would go broke if a spade hit on the river as well, can't see him having a FD there too often.

When running this in equilator with a hand range of:

      QQ+, 77-TT, 44, AJs, T8s, 72s, 62s, AJo, T8o, where 72s 62s are for pure bluffs we are getting these numbers:

      Player 1: 42.742 % 40.323 % 4.839 % 54.839 % QQ+, 77-TT, 44, AJs, T8s, 72s, 62s, AJo, T8o
      Player 2: 57.258 % 54.839 % 4.839 % 40.323 % AsJh

This one is really more about how often he will be bluffing here I guess. I think your line was quite ok if you really know why you were checking the turn (I would probably bet the turn), but the call on the end is ok.

      Very interesting hand! :)

first of all your hand is not called "top set top kicker " is called trips .
raise aj when limped to you preflop .
bet flop and bet turn for value .
as played i would call his shove . you under repped your hand and there are still worst j that can do this aswell as some bluffs .
