I had only 12 Hands on Villain so he is completely unknown.

What do you think is villains range after his c/c at the flop?

I think a cb at the turn would have been better because i don't see better hands that could fold and no worse hands that call.

      What do you think?

I'd check behind here most of the times.
Don't think that villain would fold 77-99 on the turn and not sure that he is drawing here.
You have showdown value+ oesd. Just take free card and decide on the river if you want to call his river bet or if possible then take free showdown ui.
I'd put villain mostly on medium pp-s, maybe some suited connectors 56, 67, A5, A4 kind of hands. Against unknown it is impossible to put him very correct hand ranges.
