Warning! Rant about Ladbrokes!

I started to play in Ladbrokes recently and had a bad opening experience with them..

Before i made my first deposit i had several questions to them when they where answered i made deposit. Did not display bonus so i asked about that too:

Some part of my talk with costumer service:

Robert Noukas: and did i not get first deposit bonus? not showing on the "balances" anyway..

Joanne: Please click on balances then click on My Bonus and you will be able to see all details in relation to your Welcome Bonus on this page.

Joanne: Please let me know when you are there?

Robert Noukas: says no active bonus

Robert Noukas: i just before depositing asked if ill get depo bonus also
Robert Noukas: should be 1250$ or something

      Joanne: One moment please

Joanne: We are checking this now.

      Robert Noukas: ok

Joanne: Unfortunately, the poker welcome bonus has not gone on due to the currency conversion.
I am raising the matter with our poker operations team who will be able to add this to your account as from tomorrow morning

Robert Noukas: but if i play now will todays rake count towards bonus also?Joanne: Please be awarethat this promotion pays out the bonus in 5 equal installments of 20% as you go collecting the required poker points to re;leaseJoanne: I will add on the e-mail that you will be playing as from tonight so your play and points collected count towards the welcome bonusRobert Noukas: i hope that this will all happen tomorrow then :) Joanne: We do apologise for the inconvenience but we will make sure this is corrected for you by tomorrow morning latestRobert Noukas: ok ty

Joanne: Yes our ops team rep will be in first thing in the morning

Joanne: Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Robert Noukas: No, thank u and bye!

Now clearly this rake what i done that night nearly 100$ did not count towards bonus as promised and i sent them email about that so i emailed them asking why and asnwer was:

      Dear Robert ,

      Thank you for your e-mail.

I have manually triggered the welcome bonus on your account this

I do apologise for the incorrect information you were given last night.

The points you earned last night will not count towards the welcome
bonus as this is a automated system and points will only start when the
      bonus is triggered.

So to make it short i emailed them again saying that i would not have been playing that night if i was told that it does not count towards bonus release and not my mistake that i was given such wrong information from their staff, but yes i got another very similar answer back without any offer for solution exept plain "sorry"

How badly some companies can work .. just amazing

      THE END!

Good news finally. After 3rd email to them I got a very suitable solution from Dear Mr Noukas,

Thank you for contacting Ladbrokes Poker.

The reason your Welcome bonus did not activate automatically is due to
your account being registered in 2011 and your first deposit into the
      account being in 2013.
In 2011 we did have a different welcome bonus which had a timescale
based from the time you opened the account. As you had contacted us at
the time we where able to manually activate the newer better value
      welcome bonus onto your account.

The points you earned on the 3rd, prior to the activation of this bonus
total 875 points. Unfortunately once the current bonus is active we are
unable to adjust the requirements. However if at the end of the 60 day
qualifying period you have earned 7.080 points we would be happy to
credit the first instalment of your welcome bonus.

If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us again and we
will be more than happy to help you.

      Kind regards,

      Poker Agent

I am happy with that only thing that they could offer such thing in first time.

      Thanks Gary your reply too.
