      Hey mafaz,

I don't play sss, but I have dealt with downswings and I know its not fun. I'd definitely ignore kok0's useless comment, 11 buy-ins down is definitely frustrating. It sounds like sss is pretty swingy so this could be pretty normal though, especially if you're making small mistakes here and there as well. Just make sure you analyze you're play even harder and continue identifying leaks in your game. This way you'll see where you need to improve. At the same time you should get some confidence back, because you'll see that many of the situations that you lost were unavoidable and weren't based on bad play.

      hope this helps

Yeah I know how you feel! I lost in 3 times within 10 minutes with AA against KK, K4 and T8. Then KK hitting set and over taken by AA set made on river...and it didn't stop there...QQ vs KK, JJ vs AA, KK vs set of 8's, J7 two pairs against TPTK AK...goes on and on and on...

Keep working and identify your mistakes, variance happens but mistakes stay with you.

      Good luck

Mafaz at which site you play? And considering so showing us many losses and saying only -7$ over days means you play like 5k hands daily?

I'm playing at ipoker and have found myself in pretty much the same position.

I've played 15k hands on NL100 in past week and I managed to lose 600$.
I imported the hands to HEM to se my expected all-in EV and found out that I should be about breakeven if it wasn't for like 5-6 hands (about 100$) where I tilted and made some bad plays.

I really find that limit strange for SSS at least at iPoker, as I was and still am a big winner on NL50 and suck so bad on NL100. Even with improving my play, watching videos about loosening up in the late, steals and resteals.

last hand: shove preflop, more FE(although it doesnt seem to matter) and you are going in with the best hand

play more tables. bad beats dont matter much if you are playing enough tables you dont really notice them

COntinuation bets is of no use at all.

You realize that there is hardly any continuation bet in the hands you posted, right?

Reread the articles imo. The hands you posted are mostly bad luck, maybe even all of them are bad luck.

A continuation bet is a bet that you cannot make if you hit a good hand. Since a bet with a good hand, with which you try to make the pot bigger, is always a valuebet. So as long as you make enough valuebets, (and trust me, in sss, you make a LOT of valuebets), you should be fine.

      GL @ the tables.
