      Hero should bet the river for value ($4) since villain is passive. He would probably fold his flush draw before river (see WTSD statistics).

      co wtsd is normal or even a littlebit big 29%´If he holds flushdraw he´ll call flop and turn with that.

      You should bet river for value.
      If you get raised then you can fold, since he won´t re-raise here without flush.
