      I wanna tell smth to this hand, like 1-2 hand before I got AA and this oponent did have AK, we went all-in preflop and I won. Than he seems on tilt

      but as you can see that I could loose 200BB with the QQ push so I decidet to fold (he could like i 2% of cases have the AA/KK)

      If he reraised most of the hands after he lost against your AA, a push (you should not be a bad move (you cannot just call).

      And at first, he minbet, which indicates not a strong hand (unless you know that he plays AA and KK this way).

      When oppoennt is willing to go all-in pf with AK, then you shouldn´t fold QQ against min-raise huge 3-bet. I´d go all-in here. Most likely he is tilting and I suppose to be ahead most of the times.
