      Known players:

      0,25/0,5 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.60 by

Preflop: Hero is CO with K:heart: , A:heart:
      MP3 calls $0,50, Hero raises to $2,50, BU calls $2,50, 3 folds.

      Flop: ($6,25) A:spade: , Q:club: , 2:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $4,50, BU calls $4,50.

      Turn: ($15,25) 8:club: (2 players)
      Hero checks, BU checks.

      River: ($15,25) 4:diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $8,00, BU calls $8,00.

      Final Pot: $31,25

As i know usually a check turn, bet or call river is a good line with top pair hands, because of pot control and also to induce bluff on river or getting worse hands to call another bet easier.
But on the other hand, imo one of the major basic money making situation is when a calling station calls us down with worse kicker (ususally Ax). And they can call on 3 street so it's better to bet on turn too.

I think i made a mistake here on the turn by checking, cause most likely he has Ax here and there's only a few hands that beat me.

(also my flop cb and river bet were too small)

      Do you agree?

      I agree. (5-5.5$ flop, 12-13$ river)

There is a chance there that he wouldn't call your river bet there (about 27$). I'd bet turn anyway, tho.

Against player with 60 vpip you want to play stacks here.
bet 5$ on the flop, 12$ on the turn and rest on the river. He´ll call down with worse hands.
Going on pot control oop is very hard to do, if he has better hand, he´ll still bet and if he has worse hand he´ll check behind.
