      Hero:
      $2.27
      SB:
      $3.05
      BU:
      $1.84

      0.02/0.04 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with J:heart: , 8:heart:
6 folds, BU calls $0.04, SB calls $0.02, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.12) 4:spade: , 8:spade: , 7:heart: (3 players)
SB bets $0.04, Hero raises to $0.20, BU folds, SB raises to $0.36, Hero ???

What would you do in this spot?

SB's stats look fairly tight passive - only 44 hands but 0 raise pre flop and obviously 0 ORL, 1.7 AF
(is this reasonable interpretation - just starting to look at these stats)

      Is this an insta fold?

      Hi ThiRdEyE7,

I like your raise on the flop, but I'm folding after his reraise. IMO you're behind quite often, I'd fold and wait for a better spot.

This is not an insta-fold, you have a somewhat decent hand, and BU is half-stacked, but you say he's tight passive and I can't see many hands that a passive guy bets and you beat, so I'd definetely fold.
44 Hands is certainly not a big sample size, but you can already start to have an idea about your opponent's style.
