      Known players:
      Position:
      Stack
      Hero:
      $43,75
      BU:
      $49,25

      0,25/0,5 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: PokerStrategy Elephant 0.60 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4:club: , 4:spade:
2 folds, BU raises to $2,00, SB folds, Hero raises to $6,50, BU calls $4,50.

      Flop: ($13,25) A:club: , Q:spade: , Q:heart: (2 players)
Hero bets $8,00, BU raises to $42,75 (All-In), Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back..

      Final Pot: $29,25

Should i just fold preflop here instead of 3betting (or call maybe)?

On the flop, i would probably check/raise or check/call with AK, so should i just check/fold with 44?

      Hello kesgab

      Restealing here is fine.

On the flop I bet a little more as $8 looks fairly weak. I'd try something like $10.

I believe that villain is here holding AK very often, I wouldn't continue on this flop
