      Hey kaulaz,

Is this an ongoing problem or something that has just started to happen? Maybe if you can give us some details on your PC we may be able to assist you better.

      Regards,
      Gary.

I like to confirm that he is not the only one experiencing this.

Yesterday my game lagged as well for some time (I have HP Envy Dv6 so no problem with specs). I also frequently get disconnects etc.

First time yesterday this also lost me money as I was disconnected having a FH on the turn and was insta folded.
I also got a DC after 3-bet preflop to 60bb with KK, thank god villian folded as I had the money after I reconnected.

I am getting a bit worried to play.

Well this sounds really weird to me, as I play on WH and 770 with no problem.

I have an 8-yr old homebuilt AMD box w/ 2GB RAM, nothing special graphics card (GEForce 7800 I think)

      Drives are nothing special either.

I have no problem with either running 4 tables.

I have to cut it down to 3 if I'm running HM2, Skype and Teamviewer simultaneously.

I did a wholesale defrag and registry clean today, and it marginally improved performance in some areas, and really sped up my PokerHands database.

I wonder if anti-virus software is getting in the way?

      Disable yours and try again.

You might also want to go to speedtest.net to check that you are getting the bandwidth you pay for.

      Cheers,

Have you asked the poker room support about this at all kaulaz?

Have you any idea how much bandwidth internet radio takes?

I have no idea, but it might be significantly high enough to interfere w/ traffic between your poker server and you.

If you have a router you might want to check the QoS settings.
Some types of traffic may be throttled or given a lower priority.

My previous router had it, and I put torrents on low priority so it didn't interfere with everything else.

      Windows has QoS now too.
I've never played with it -- I have no idea where the settings are, but it is probably document on Microsoft's knowledge base.

      Best of luck,

That sentence was just to illustrate in what other conditions i have no problems. When i use 770 i turned everything of and tried all sorts of things (router, computer settings, etc.) still nothing :/

Poker 770 tech support is not being very supportive since i cannot register as user because the software is not working. Any way to register through their site so they would become more helpful?

      Answer from Poker770 tech support:

      "Hello,

In reply to your message, please be informed that this matter may be related to some of Internet Explorer's ActiveX missing components.

Therefore, we ask that you follow the steps below:

      1. Open Internet Explorer; go to Tools -> Internet Options.
      2. Choose the Security tab and first click on Internet and then on Custom Level.
      3. From the Custom Level button the Security Settings will open up. From there please reset the custom settings to Medium by choosing from the “Reset to:” menu Medium and clicking on Reset button.
      4. Click Yes on the warning message.
      5. Please click OK.

Afterwards, we suggest that you restart Internet Explorer and the casino client and try again.

This matter may also occur because script debugging is enabled. To disable script debugging, please try the following:

      1. Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools-> Internet options,
      2. Select the advanced tab
      3. From under Browsing tick both Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable Script Debugging (Other)...
      4. Click OK

Afterwards, please restart your Internet Explorer browser along with your lobby. Moreover, please be informed that our Cashier uses secure connections, which is why we ask that you ensure that port 443 from your local firewall is open for outgoing TCP connections."

Have to say that none of this helped :/
