      Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A:spade: , Q:heart:
      UTG+1 folds, Hero raises to $1,00, 2 folds, MP3 calls $1,00, CO raises to $4,00, 4 folds, MP3 raises to $7,00, CO raises to $15,00, MP3 raises to $13,55 (All-In).

      Flop: ($29,90) 9:spade: , K:spade: , 4:diamond:
      Turn: ($29,90) 6:spade:
      River: ($29,90) 7:club:

      Final Pot: $29,90

Referring to STATS , CO has a 3-bet range of 7 and a PFR of 7 thus giving him a reraise range of TT+,AQs+,AQo+ Im at a 35/65 underdog.

Is a push from my side +EV if:
      1] There is a 3rd Villain involved (The cold-caller)?
2] The ColdCaller folds after this reraise thus creating dead money?

I would say you have -EV while there is a 3rd villain involved. But I am still a newbie to such things, still learning :P and about the dead money, yes it counts as dead money as I understood that. Lets see what judges say :P

Sorry? Are you telling me CO has both pfr and 3bet range at 7%? This is rather unliely, believe me. He surely has no bigger 3bet range than half of this and probably AK, JJ+ or sth, but we cannot be sure - you have only 100 hands of his... (I assume you checked this value in popup stats, did you? pfr =! 3bet range)

So i don't think it can be profitable - you need 33% equity assuming mp3's coldcalls as dead money and have not more than 28 when applying the range I suggested above.

And this coldcall/min4bet line indeed is highly suspicious. Note this guy out.

my HUD says like 30 but thats I think 30% of 7 so in this case how can I see his range?

      Like a normal 3-bet range so AKo+ and QQ+ ? or 30%~ of 7% thus 2.1% and equilate that.

I have no idea, I use PT2 and PAH which does not have 3bet range stat.

Better ask staff or check the manual.
