      It might be a little conservative, but I like to fold PF in these situations:

      Typical 3 betting range - unless you have some info on the player - on these limits is {JJ+, AK}. His range is crushing you (you only have 40% equity), and you are oop. Nothing good in summary... although to make the call you only need 35% equity. But it seems like a situation not profitable enough to me. So I would just fold.

      PF:
      I'd call if I had position, but OOP I'd 4-bet or fold, against unknown I'd rather err on the safe side and fold it, againt a loose opponent I'll feel inclined to 4-bet, I might even push to maximize FE against PP, and if you make it $12 or $13 you'll just commit yourself anyway, so just push.

      Flop:
      As played, I'd check/call too, you hit TPTK, just let him c-bet and call, I'd check/raise if the board was too drawy.

      Turn:
      I'm folding here, I just can't see any hands that you beat that would've played the way villain did. IMO, best case scenario you're splitting against AK, and the odds are not good enough to call here.
