[NL20-NL50] NL25 SH KQo turn/river spot - should I shove?

      Preflop: Hero is BB with K Q
      2 folds, BTN raises to $0.75, SB folds, Hero calls $0.50

      Flop: ($1.60) 5 T J (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN bets $1, Hero calls $1

      Turn: ($3.60) 2 (2 players)
      Hero checks, BTN bets $2.25, Hero raises to $7, BTN calls $4.75

      River: ($17.60) T (2 players)
      Hero bets $16.25 and is all-in, BTN calls $16.25 and is all-in

      However, I had him marked as a nit.

      PREFLOP
      I would usually 3bet this hand for value vs BU open, but vs a nit it's a flat.

      FLOP
      Standard flat. Too good to bluff raise.

      TURN
      Decided to x/r as a bluff.
      This guy would bet the turn with Jx + OPs. I think I have a decent FE vs Jx and OPs as I can credibly rep a flush. I think I must always shove the river to maximize the FE. However, one problem with shoving the river is when this guy (a nit) calls, his range is very strong.
