Flop: when mp just call this board I think that he doesn't have sets. His calling range is 4% so pp and maybe AK.

Turn: i decided to x/r and target QQ. I check and villain bet. Great for us. We x/r and he calls.

Riv: during the game it was no brainer shove. My assumption was that he doeasn't have full house because of action on previous street call flop and bet turn after when we check. Probably with set we would just check back.

Flop: Hmmm I don't think cbetting here is good - would opt for a c/c instead. Reason being that I don't think you have too much FE here 3way.

Turn: Pot has 6, you guys have 22.50 left behind in stacks. Is there any reason to check/raise? Probably not. If you bet 5.50 here, pot will be 17 on the River and you have a pot size bet left. So checkraising for pot building purposes doesn't seem too good when you risk giving away a free card.

River: Shitty card here, I guess villain probably raises flop or checks back turn with his sets. So the only hand we lose to here is KJs in my opinion and you should shove for value against QQ/KQ.

i'm a little surprised that you recommended not to cbet this board and destroy my way of thinking.
For me it was easy decision about cbetting, no brainer. we have 8 out draw+ maybe ace is a draw so good even without position.
Moreover we are against regs so probably I'm ready to play my draw very aggro.
as we determined when reg calls this kind of board we expect that this range contains TP, OP and maybe draws but not sets because sets raise our cbet on this board... so I don't image situation when reg calls down with TP or OP even when he holds AA or KK.
So my plan was bet flop, on the blank turn barrel again and shove riv.
Being out of position is disadvantage but regs gave us simple answer on this flop.
Being in position change something in your decision?

hmm im not saying cbetting is really bad, but i think your fold equity is really low so if you bet flop you need to multibarrel for sure. in fact i'll often bet myself.

c/c is a decent option though and I'll often take such a line with my draws on boards where I don't think my FE is high enough
