      Hi.

      Preflop: I don't like opening 2.5bb at NL2. In general from earlier positions you should open 4BB because the game is generally loose and passive and you want to avoid playing multiway pots. Small raises encourages just that. At higher limit games where people are more aggressive with 3-bets, then a 2.5bb open could make more sense.

      Anyway vs a 40bb stack, I think getting it all-in is perfectly fine.
