When he bet so small on river he doesn't represent much so I called to float. He bets small on the turn and i tried to put pressure on the PP, plan was to bet one more but J came and I just ch. Is this good bluff plan? And if it is, how much should I bet on the river?

Just fold the flop. Don't read too much into his bet size. Even if you have the best hand now, most of his hands have 2 overcards to your pair of 5s. He also has the initiative and can bluff on so many turn and river cards. And you are completely crushed by his value hands.
