      Preflop: I'm assuming you are 4-bet bluffing in which case you should stick to blockers. Ax or Kx are best. Plus, since we are 150 deep we should be aware of the fact that he will call a lot more (vs our 4-bet). Look at SPR... which means we can 4-bet ligther for value (but still fold to a 5-bet). Hands like AQ and even AK, etc.
