The biggest problem in this spot is that we are on deep. In situation 100bb no brainer stack off on the flop but when we are 150bb?

      Hi UnknownJoseph,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: yes, being deep here is not great, especially against someone that doesn't seem to be raising a ton.

However, with our hand, we have great equity against a lot of his range and we may even have the occasional FE. So I don't think you can play it any other way.
