      I would half pot value bet river myself. The thing about taking a check/call line is that you must be able to bluff catch vs draws. In my opinion I think villain usually has some sort of 9X hand here after he calls both flop and turn and he'll often check back on the River. There are no draws on the flop so villain cannot have a busted draw.

      And I do think you have value with a river bet vs A9 K9 Q9 98 T9
