      You should buy-in 100BB to get more value when you hit big hand.
      Since you´re 40BB deep then I´d make it 3,5pf, shove a lot of flops and call shove pf.
      Leading out that flop small is fine and once he min-raise,d calling is fine, and pushing yourself is also fine.
      I´d check turn, if he has AK then he´d push himself, if not then he´d fold.
      You can always shove river if it checked on the turn, since you have less than potsize left.
