ok so, first hand: not many hands (and hence no stats) on villain, but he seems rather fishy. The board is very drawy and hits a lot of low connectors for pair+draw or combodraws; 45, 67, 75, any two clubs,... so given the flop and his limp/call PF, I think we're ahead most of the time, so a shove is best (calling is not an option btw)

      hand 2)
PF call vs a minraise with any connector is fine; flop is an obvious bet for protection, same thing for the turn.
At this point, his range is, imo
      - slowplayed flush
      - flush draw
      - 1 weakish pair (KJ, QJ, maybe AJ,...)
I don't think he check/calls twice with two pair, set or made straight, so we can exclude those hands from his range.
Now, he overbets the river slightly, making a weird bet size.I really doubt he does this with Jx (except AJ for the rivered two pair), so I put him on flush/AJ at this point, maybe KQ with one heart.
Even if he does take that line with two pair/set, i'm ahead of most of those hands with top 2 on flop.
So imo it's a pretty easy call
