      WTSD - 29, W$SD - 48.

      Value raise.

Cbet for value/protection. When I'm raised, I chose to bluffcatch as my hand beats all his bluffs and villain looked aggressive.

Not the best card as 98 completes, but I can't fold if I call the flop as not much changes.

In retrospect, my hand may be too weak to bluffcatch and I have better hands in my range, e.g. any hand with a .

      Hey D,

You need him to be bluffing very often in this spot to call imo because he has quite a few value hands that make sense to not slowplay OOP. Basically, everything can decide to not slowplay so I think a hand with hearts, 2pair, sets, even some flushes can go into your call range. I'd almost never 3bet the flop here. Having a heart significantly narrows his flush combos too because most flushes after calling a 3bet OOP are with high cards.

      Hi Emanuel,

      Thanks for the evaluation!

So my weakest bluffcatching hand in this spot would be AxK? Or is it AxJ and below so that I wouldn't block K/Q bluff combos? If neither of those are good, what's the weakest hand I would bluffcatch with in this spot?

Well, what you are asking is a very general thing. I understand your reason to want to know how to play your range but I am pretty sure it's not the best option in this spot because your opponent won't be balanced either.

In order to play your range though, you have to think from preflop what you would 3bet here and we can decide from there. :)
