      I shoved river because I figured he'd call with just an 8 so would lose value from making a smaller raise + I really didnt know what to make of such a small river bet

      Hi,

      i like the idea of getting max value from the straight or maybe even 7X or worse full houses. but i think shoving looks super strong and encourages him to think of folding an 8 or 7. and we dont want that, i think ill probably raise to like 8.50 or something thats not all in and we probably get very much more calls from the 8 and 7. full houses will raise us all in anyway.

      or perhaps we can do a small raise like to 3-4 dollars to induce a spew from him if hes spewy, otherwise stick to the big non-allin bet.
