      Hi

      Turn is a raise for me. Surr some hands improve but u should still be a fav vs hands which continue vs your raise. A raise to $3 should be fine (committing but looks weaker than an all in to a fish)

      Flop raise size is fine too, dont need to raise so large vs a midstacker.
