Villain - 41/12/27 hands - first raise vs cbet
      CO - 23/19/
Turn sizing without information ok or little bit too big?
If i know that he plays draws aggressively then im making Turn smaller sizing - like 6$ but default im thinking that most fishes playing passively draws, especially players with low pfr.

i think the large turn bet is fine, maybe you could bet 6 instead since the 9 hurts your range and improves villain's range a little. But generally I'm aiming for a 3-street betting plan on a blank River and it's a pretty easy fold vs a raise.

      Nice hand.
