      How would you play this hand? I didnt c-bet because he is too loose and would prob call with anything. Plus flop looks dry.

      hi
      you can cbet or not cbet this board . as you said it is dry and he has a very wide range . if you know he doesnt calls 3 bet too light cbet otherwise checking behind is good . i think i would raise his small river bet to 0.7 and probably call a shove because i dont think he will check a set twice to us and their are no straights on the board . he might have some weird 2 pair or an ace.
