      Hey N,

      I don't like the idea of stabbing on the flop 3way too often. I would maybe do it with overs but I think your small pair is a bit too weak. If you do stab though, the turn is the perfect card to continue your story of having a value hand and I would raise the small bet with the intention of shoving rivers. The idea behind it is to make your opponent fold almost all his one pair hands since all of them have you beat. I think sets would usually check/raise flop or 3bet turn so once you get a bet/call on the turn, his range is heavily one pair.
