Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      BB: $43.64 (87.3 bb)
      Hero (UTG): $57.33 (114.7 bb)
      MP: $25.12 (50.2 bb)
      CO: $51.30 (102.6 bb)
      BTN: $49.25 (98.5 bb)
      SB: $127.07 (254.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q T
Hero raises to $1.50, MP calls $1.50, CO calls $1.50, BTN calls $1.50, SB folds, BB calls $1

      Flop: ($7.75) 9 4 4 (5 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $5, MP folds, CO calls $5, BTN calls $5, BB folds

      Turn: ($22.75) 2 (3 players)
Hero bets $12, CO calls $12, BTN folds

      River: ($46.75) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $32.80 and is all-in, Hero folds

BTN some weak reg 20/11 after 270 hands

      CO 20/15 after 95 hands
      3bet 2,9% (1/34)

CO seemed to be a typcial multitabling reg, who is not overly aggro, and not really creative with his lines.

I think his 5way flop and especially his turn call showed huge strength, and I felt really awful with my flush on this board...

Does he have TT-QQ in this spot? Would he call river a shove with them? Would he shove them if I check? I dont think so.

He can have better flushes with Ax/KJ, and some worse ones with 87/76/65. Not many 4x, except 44/54s/A4s maybe.
Would you shove here for value? If check, what about ch/folding?

If you are not shoving this river, maybe you should just give up the Flop in the first place. He reps only 4 combos of quads/full houses

Let's see how many worse hands and better hands he could have
      Worse hands: QQ (1), TT (3), JJ (6), 7:c8 (1), 6:c7 (1), 5:c6 (1), A4s (2), maybe 45s? - 15 combos
      Better hands: K:cJ (1), A:cX (6), 99 (3), 44 (1) - 11 combos

Well it's uncertain whether he would call with all 15 combos. I think you have a thin value shove here but it's close. With K:cX I would probably shove.
