On the flop my plan was to 3bet and get it in. Should I 3bet bigger?

Turn is a terrible card, cause his flop chR/call range is full of flushdraws, so I decided to check, and see what he does on the river.
Also I dont think betting turn would have much value, cause my perceived range also contains lots of flushdraws, so even if does not have one, he could fold his weaker hands on this card.
