      MP showed J J and won $10.08 ($4.88 net)

Villain is 25/25/0 over 12 hands. I thought he'd flopped a set when he called the flop, hence why I checked the turn but checking the turn means I have to call this river a lot?

      Hi DavidNegranu,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I think we can double barrel the turn there to get value from Qx, Jx and some Tx.

Why do you think he flopped a set? He can have more than just that. Of course it's a 3-bet pot so there aren't many random Jx, Qx, Tx in his range.

On the river, what hands do we beat? KQ? Anything else?

It was the speed in which he acted. He insta called pre flop and then insta called the flop and that just how it felt at the time. I agree now that I should find a fold on the river, especially given the price he gave us to make the call
