      Value 3bet.

Standard cbet hoping he folds Ax.

      Value bets vs JJ-TT.

Value shove vs JJ-TT as villain seemed to go to showdown a lot. I don't expect him to have KK+ so hands that beat me are AQ/99.

Should I just check it back?

I don't like value 3-betting KQ IP vs someone who folds 70%+ to 3bets. I guess him opening 80%+ certainly helps in justifying your case here. Are you relentlessly restealing him preflop? I would recommend at least a 20-25% 3-betting range vs this guy, and then 3-betting KQ would certainly make sense.

I think the 3-barrel is fine as played. I don't see too many AQ/9X combos in his range. You could also fire thrice with air a lot of the time for balancing purposes.
