Don't be sad, you didn't make any terrible mistakes.

I'm not a SSS player, but here goes:

Hand 1 was fine, but can fold preflop if you're not comfortable playing a hand like that when you have doubled up. Calling might be an option too if you've doubled up, I'm not sure though.

In Hand two you have to protect because the flop is really drawy, but I think your effective stack is too big to push, so I would just bet potsize.

In hand 3 you should fold to the 3bet if you're following basic SSS.
Not sure what advanced SSS says, but your call certainly wasn't a big mistake, as it was a steal/resteal situation and AJs is better than AJo.

In future, please include stack sizes.

      Hi,

      few things:

      1. Sss says you should bet 2/3 pot on every flop. Don't bet full pot when you hit and some other value if you don't or you are going to get exploited a lot.

      2. How the hell did you have $8 at the table? You should leave it after approaching 25bb.

      3. Second hand: shove would've been good IF you had normal stack. With such enlarged one I'm betting 2/3 pot and calling a raise.

      4. Third hand: I'm folding here on low limits until my oponents are capable of restealing wider than normal 3bet range.

That's basically it. The biggest flaw is the size of your stacks. I'm pretty sure you're not applying our rules which are essential for sss to prove it's usefullness.

      Good luck at the tables.

you can make potsize flopbets on drawy flops when you hit and when you don't hit, and bet half pot or so on A62 rainbow or whatever if you hit and if you haven't. this isn't exploitable, I think. But NL10 players probably won't exploit you anyway.
