      Preflop call is ok. Probably slightly better than 4betting since no guarantee villain is 3betting that light given his stats.

      Likely fine to just donk-bet flop on this dangerous texture rather than risking opponent checks back.

      Turn bet is fine. Pot-size is good.

      You have two options on river. Either bet a lot smaller (1/3rd pot) to get calls from 2pair or check and make a decision depending on opponents bet-size.
