      I don't have stats on MP3.

I didn't want to just call pre, because I'm oop and MP1 is probably calling too, so decided to 3bet and get it in.

      What do you think?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      MP1:
      $16.38
      MP2:
      $10.00
      MP3:
      $12.42
      CO:
      $15.62
      BU:
      $25.00
      SB (Hero):
      $25.00
      BB:
      $39.36
      UTG2:
      $33.73

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J.
      UTG2 folds, MP1 calls $0.25, MP2 folds, MP3 raises to $1.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $3.00, 2 folds, MP3 raises to $12.42, Hero calls $9.42.

      Flop: ($25.34) 2, 7, A (2 players)

      Turn: ($25.34) 8 (2 players)

      River: ($25.34) A (2 players)

      Final Pot: $25.34.

      Results follow:

Hero shows two pairs, aces and jacks(Js Jh).
MP3 shows two pairs, aces and kings(Ks Kd).

MP3 wins with two pairs, aces and kings(Ks Kd).

      Hiya,

I think it's too loose to 3bet/call JJ vs MP3 as his stacking off range is probably QQ+/AK and you are an underdog vs that range. I would just play this OoP and hope to win a small pot or hit a set.

      Hi,.

If we raise pre flop it means we have reason to get value with JJ and he's probably going in with a range we can call with like 99+ AJ+ KQs+ etc. Otherwise we should be calling pre flop.

      Thanks
