Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has K:diamond: A:spade:

fold, fold, fold, MP raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 10 BB, fold, MP calls 7 BB

      Flop: (21 BB, 2 players) J:diamond: 4:club: A:diamond:
Hero bets 7 BB, MP calls 7 BB

      Turn: (35 BB, 2 players) 8:heart:
Hero bets 11 BB, MP raises to 29 BB, fold

      mp

      Preflop: easy 3bet w/AKo
Flop: I don't mind checking this board because we don't afraid of any turn card but because I don't want to give free card I bet small, with this kind of bet I would get value from QQ, KK.
Turn: the same way of thinking like on the flop and we've got unexpected raise. For me it's easy fold not much to do. Probably he was slowplaying something from the flop.

Probably small bets are better than checking and giving free cards...

      Hi UnknownJoseph

Preflop: Easy 3-bet? Vs a 13/11 that folds a lot to 3-bets and opens from MP? Perhaps you mean an easy 3-bet as a bluff?

Postflop: Why not bet 1/2 pot and avoid and potential inducing bets?

Bet 10 BB on the flop and then 20 BB on the turn with the plan to check (and fold) the river.

You still can get just about the same value from his hands.

what do you suggest preflop? flatting?

I remember one video where coach recommends 3bet AK preflop and his explanation was that it's better to change AK into bluff than playing it oop.
So it's the reason why it's for me easy 3bet.

If I'm wrong and I sure learn your point of you, I don't mind, Great.
      So what do you recommend?

It's compromise between checking and betting :)

I thought your "easy 3-bet" comment was referring to you 3-betting for value (that's why I asked for clarification :) ).

I do agree that a 3-bet as a bluff is better than calling OOP with this hand.
