Poker Stars, $0.08/$0.16 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

      UTG: $12.86 (80.4 bb)
      MP: $13.14 (82.1 bb)
      Hero (CO): $18.90 (118.1 bb)
      BTN: $7.19 (44.9 bb)
      SB: $17.88 (111.7 bb) VPIP: 23, PFR: 19, 3B: 7, AF: 2,4, Hands: 331
      BB: $45.30 (283.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8 8
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.48, BTN folds, SB raises to $1.60, BB folds, Hero calls $1.12

      Flop: ($3.36) 2 Q 7 (2 players)
SB bets $2.40, Hero calls $2.40

      Turn: ($8.16) 9 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3.92, SB folds

SB is reg who likes to 3bet quite a bit in blinds. We arent deep so im not calling to setmine.
I dont have much hands, but still we see that his cbet is quite low on turn. What you think? Not reliable sample and i shouldnt get tricky especially given its 3bet pot??

      Hi gAsheks,

      Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I doubt he check/calls much on the turn so he is either going for a ck/raise or check/fold. Most people just check fold there.

The only question is, is there more value in seeing a river and going to showdown or taking the pot down now? Since we don't know if he can bluff river if given the chance I don't mind taking the pot down.
